With the New Moon yesterday, and 5 planets in Retrograde including Saturn, Pluto, Neptune, Chiron and Uranus this week, your body is forced to slow down and regroup.
New Moons are all about new beginnings, manifestations and intentions, and with the New Moon starting off the month of August, it is a great time to go inward and focus on what you want.
The energy has been moving extremely fast, so this need to slow down has been a long time coming. You may feel that all this change is causing tension and anxiety. The second half of the Lion’s Gate Portal should begin to ease these feelings and integrate the heaviness of the past month.
The Lion’s Gate Portal ends on August 12th, so continue to take it easy and rest your body, tap into your emotions and really feel them. It is ok to cry, to laugh, to be angry or frustrated. Give yourself room to breathe. Be patient with yourself and know is well.
